### Job Description:

As the Operations Services Lead at Disney, you will be instrumental in overseeing the operational aspects of our services, ensuring that all operations align with corporate goals. ### Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a large, diverse organization.

3. Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational processes.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.

7. Familiarity with industry-standard software and operational technologies.

### Educational Qualifications:

– Minimum required: Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

### Experience:

– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations within a large, complex organization.
