Disney, a global leader in entertainment and magical experiences, is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that all project activities related to our facilities across various locations meet Disney’s high standards of excellence. As Facilities Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are done on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.


The ideal candidate will manage projects that vary in scope and complexity, from renovations of existing spaces to the creation of new facilities. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and aesthetic of Disney’s operational spaces, enhancing the magical experiences we provide to our guests and staff. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, operations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless project execution.


Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. You will also be responsible for reporting on project progress to senior management and adjusting project plans as needed to handle any unforeseen issues or changes in scope.



### Requirements


1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Manager in facilities management or construction.


3. Strong understanding of construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.


4. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes.


5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


6. Proficiency in project management software tools.


7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


### Responsibilities


1. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.


2. Manage project teams including architects, contractors, consultants, and associated personnel.


3. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and maintain safety protocols.


4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.


5. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.


6. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.


7. Ensure compliance with legal regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.

### Educational Qualifications


– A Bachelor? degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.


– Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.


### Experience


– At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale facility construction or renovation projects.
