**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a range of Apple products.

3. Educate customers on product features and functionalities.

4. Maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and higher customer satisfaction.

6. Stay updated with new technologies and product launches from Apple.

7. Offer feedback to the tech and development teams to help enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.

3. High school diploma; further education or certification will be considered an advantage.

4. Proficiency in using computer applications and customer relationship management software.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

6. Flexibility to work in shifts, as needed.

7. Passion for Apple products and knowledge of the latest updates and releases.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High School Diploma or GED required.

– Further education in technology, communication, or relevant field preferred.

**Experience:**

– Prior customer service or technical support experience is desirable but not mandatory.
