### Job Description

### Requirements

1. Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations supervisory role, preferably in a large, complex organization.

3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating successful teams.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work remotely and manage a team virtually.
