3. Make ticket sales, reservations, and bookings as per the customer’s needs.

4. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

5. Record all interactions accurately in the customer database.

6. Stay updated with the latest Disney events, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

7. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress.

5. Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.

6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

7. Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

– Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor? degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

**Experience:**

– At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or sales-focused role is preferred.
