Our ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field, and be able to create high-quality, interactive course content. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure that our courses are accurate, engaging, and meet the needs of our diverse learner base.

**Responsibilities**

Create High-Quality Course Content

– Develop engaging and interactive online courses that are both educational and enjoyable for learners.

– Use a variety of multimedia elements (videos, quizzes, interactive activities) to enhance learning experiences.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts

– Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and organize course content.

– Ensure that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the course objectives.

Design Course Structure and Layout

– Organize course content in a logical and easy-to-follow manner.

– Ensure that the layout is visually appealing and accessible to all learners.

Review and Update Existing Courses

– Regularly review and update course content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.

– Incorporate feedback from learners and other stakeholders to improve the courses.

Monitor Learner Progress and Engagement

– Track learner progress and engagement using learning management systems (LMS).

– Provide assistance and support to learners as needed.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

– Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online education and instructional design.

– Apply new techniques and tools to enhance course quality and learner experience.

Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity

– Design courses that are accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities.

– Incorporate diverse perspectives and examples to create an inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements**

Experience

– At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.

– Proven track record of creating engaging and effective online courses.

Skills

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Technical Knowledge

– Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.

– Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Creativity

– Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ways to present information.

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Collaboration

– Ability to work effectively with a remote team and collaborate with various stakeholders.

– Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

**Educational Qualifications**

Degree

– Bachelor? degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is required.

– A Master? degree is a plus but not mandatory.

**Experience**

Preferred Experience

– Experience in a remote working environment is preferred.

– Prior experience in creating courses for diverse populations is an added advantage.
