4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software.

3. Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices.

4. Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our support system.

5. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed.

6. Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to help improve our offerings.

7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
