Responsibilities include greeting and interacting with guests, handling sales transactions, maintaining visual and merchandise standards, participating in store opening and closing duties, and contributing to a safe and welcoming shopping environment for all. Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about all our products and promotions to enhance the customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Welcome and engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner.

2. Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

4. Demonstrate knowledge of Disney products and promotions.

5. Participate in all store operational duties including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.

6. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

7. Assist in inventory control and prevent shrinkage.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven customer service experience or a strong desire to work in the service industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4. High school diploma or equivalent.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to stand for extended periods and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
