Job Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Help Desk Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
– High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
– Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Additional coursework or certifications in customer service is a plus
Experience
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not required
