Job Description

The Flight Safety Crew is tasked with monitoring and enforcing safety protocols during all flight operations. You will work closely with pilots, cabin crew, and ground personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise in emergency response will help support our commitment to passenger safety.

Responsibilities

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and equipment inspections.

– Monitor cabin conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.

– Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement safety protocols.

– Provide safety briefings and instructions to passengers before takeoff.

– Collaborate with crew members to ensure effective communication during flights.

– Report any safety concerns or incidents to management immediately.

Requirements

– Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and protocols.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Educational Qualifications

– High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor? degree in Aviation Safety or a related field preferred.

Experience

– Previous experience in aviation safety or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

– Customer service experience is a plus.
