Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a Customer Interaction Consultant to join our dynamic team in Washington State. As a Customer Interaction Consultant, you will be the vital link between our customers and the innovative services Amazon offers. Your role will revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and helping to solve customer issues efficiently and effectively.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven experience in customer service or related field.

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities



  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with various departments to improve customer service standards and procedures.

  • Stay updated on Amazon’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues as necessary.

Educational Qualifications
