Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Washington State. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service software tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Provide detailed information about Amazon products and services.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.

  • Stay updated with the latest company policies and product knowledge.
