Job Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Amazon? products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor? degree is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer relations role is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
