What You'll Be Doing

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will:
? Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images
? Identify document types based on provided guidelines
? Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards
? Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
? Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed
? Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes
? Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out
? Perform other basic office duties as assigned

Compensation & Schedule
? Pay Rate: $12 per hour
? Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred
? A minimum of 20 hours per week is required
? Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

? Proficiency in reading and speaking English

Typing Requirements
? WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy
? KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
