What will you do?
As the Head of Demand Generation, you will be active and hands on in driving our external marketing efforts and ensuring maximum reach and impact. You will have experience leading such projects in the past, driving the entire lifecycle and seeing projects through to fruition. Your key responsibilities will include:
? Paid Ads: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including search and social. Collaborate with external agencies to enhance campaign performance.
? Direct Buying: Oversee direct buying initiatives, including partnerships with associations, to expand our market reach.
? SEO: Work closely with our SEO team to optimize website content, improve rankings, and drive organic traffic.
? Website Optimization: Utilize analytical tools to identify and address areas of improvement on our website, focusing on user experience and conversion rates.
? Email Marketing Optimization: Dive into the metrics of email campaigns, including open rates and engagement, to enhance the effectiveness of our email marketing strategies.
? Lead Magnets/Popups: Develop and implement strategies for creating compelling lead magnets and popups to capture and retain audience interest.
? Press Relations: Collaborate with the Content Manager to secure press coverage, ensuring our brand gets the visibility it deserves.
? Offers/Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful promotional offers and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
? Outreach: Engage in strategic outreach efforts, such as securing speaking opportunities on podcasts and webinars to increase brand awareness.
? Management: Management over a small team dedicated to business generation to provide direction, guidance and support
Who are we looking for?
? Super smart and analytical, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, tracking tools, programmatic advertising platforms, SEO tools, CRMs, and marketing attribution tools.
? Experience working with a similar sized SaaS business in the past, having successfully taken the business through new growth strategies
? Highly driven, competitive, and high-energy individual with a passion for achieving results - in this case, the number of free trials
? Experience leading a team, guiding and supporting to achieve new heights of success (preferred but not essential)
? You will ideally be based in the US (any time zone), with flexibility to collaborate with global colleagues
