Job Overview:

The primary duty of the Inventory Control Clerk is to retrieve and stack products as directed by the pick ticket or computer screen in order to fulfill customer orders. They must travel throughout the pick area of the warehouse and construct stable pallets of products while meeting safety, accuracy, and efficiency requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities: ? Keep safety and stability in mind while placing the product quantities onto the pallets as per the instructions mentioned on the pick ticket. ? Transfer stacks of products to unique sections available within the warehouse with the help of a Powered Industrial Truck, namely a Pallet Jack. ? Provide assistance in keeping the warehouse presentable and neat by undertaking housekeeping responsibilities as directed. ? Keep Warehouse Management up-to-date on all documented PIT issues, outlining the specific concerns and any actions taken to mitigate the issue. ? Correct any mistakes identified by the checker regarding product and quantity. ? Undertake diverse duties to support the efficient functioning of the warehouse.

? The adeptness of operating effectively in a speedy environment, walking, and repetitively lifting 30-pound items.
? Capacity to transport a load of up to 75 pounds.
? Successful collaboration within a team requires effective sharing of knowledge, resources, and feedback.
? Improve warehouse workflow and ensure timely and accurate handling of products and materials.
? Develop a strong work ethic that can help you handle different areas of your job and meet the demands of your role in a timely and professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications: ? Immersing oneself in a job for 12 months can foster a wealth of knowledge. ? Employers are responsible for ensuring that their employees are properly certified to operate Pallet Jacks.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Employers require a high school diploma or GED to ensure that their employees have basic educational qualifications. ? Capability developed from working for up to a year. ? A PIT Certification for a Pallet Jack typically involves both classroom instruction and hands-on training to teach operators how to use the equipment properly.

Work Environment:
? The locale is characterized by loud commotion and no temperature management, causing oppressive heat during the summer and extreme cold during the winter.
