About the Role...

The InHome team is developing cutting-edge solutions to deliver the next level of convenience for busy families and individuals needing an extra hand. Our goal is to significantly improve our customers' lives by eliminating the hassle of planning and shopping.

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to oversee the customer delivery experience. You will manage the entire customer journey, from placing an InHome order to ensuring daily groceries arrive seamlessly in their refrigerator. Collaborating closely with our customer success team, you will work cross-functionally to gather insights and drive initiatives to maintain high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Define and develop a product strategy for the InHome customer experience

Create and manage the product roadmap

Partner with internal stakeholders to push boundaries and enhance the customer experience

Analyze feature performance through data and key metrics, effectively communicating successes and areas for improvement

Set product KPIs and adjust the product to meet these benchmarks

Conduct user research to translate needs into actionable product features

Act as a supportive resource and advocate for customers and their needs

Launch new features on time and with high quality, including testing and QA

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Expertise in product design for customer experience, from conception to launch

Proven track record in leading product vision and go-to-market strategies

Passion for emerging technologies

You Will Impress Us If

You can develop and present strategic initiatives that align with business goals and opportunities

Experience working in agile or lean environments

Background in last-mile product management

Previous startup or incubator experience, balancing technical and business requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 7 years of product management experience, or

9 years of experience in product management or a related area

Preferred Qualifications

Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 6 years of experience as a product manager, ideally managing large-scale, complex B2B/C products

Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences and understanding WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
