Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients
? Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
? Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met across the board
? Continuously seek to enhance the customer experience by gathering feedback and implementing improvements
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus
? Proven experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
? Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
? Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
