We are hiring a part-time Customer Support representative to join our team at Amazon. Our customer service team plays a vital role in directly impacting the experience of our customers. Job Description:

As a Customer Support representative, you’ll ensure we’re providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

– Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately

– Provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency

– Be empathetic, customer-focused, responsive, resourceful, and detail-oriented

– Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer’s needs

Requirements:

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Experience:

– Previous experience in a customer support role is highly preferred
