Description


AT&T is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Customer Support representatives to join our team in Texas. As a part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus


Responsibilities



  • Answering inbound calls from customers

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently

  • Providing information about our products and services

  • Documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system

  • Meeting performance targets and KPIs
