Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Description:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch service to ensure our clients’ needs are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements:

– High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

– Strong verbal and written communication skills.

– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

– Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.

– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

– Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and systems.

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Educational Qualifications:
