Job Description


AT&T is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Advisors. This is an immediate opening, and we are excited to bring new talent on board to help us provide top-notch service to our valued customers.


Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product information, billing inquiries, and service issues.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve issues.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.


Educational Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Associate’s or Bachelor?s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).


Experience



  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
