Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with reservations, changes, and cancellations, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines’ services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive improvements.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
