Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.


• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with booking systems.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
