Fully Remote Executive Assistant

Overview

Our Texas-based client is seeking a fully remote, senior-level Executive Assistant to support his role as a tech CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience specifically supporting CEO-level clientele, rather than just the broader C-Suite. Proficiency in Google Suite is essential, along with being highly tech-savvy and proficient in AI, with a deep understanding of current AI tools beyond basic usage like ChatGPT. The candidate should also excel in managing a dynamic calendar, possess strong listening and observational skills, and demonstrate sharpness, intelligence, and the ability to execute tasks independently with minimal guidance.

? Standard business hours - Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
? $50 per hour No benefits are included with this position
