Position Details
? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM EST
? Compensation: (35,000 - )40,000 annually, depending on experience
? Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
? Work Environment: Fully remote, equipment provided
What You'll Bring
? Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
? A knack for explaining products clearly and professionally
? Great computer skills and a willingness to learn
What You'll Do
? Handle inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling!)
? Complete sales and enrollment processes
? Identify new opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
Requirements
? High school diploma or GED
? At least 1 year of call center and sales experience
? Must reside in Florida
