Remote, Part-time (Weekends Only)

Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM ? 5 PM EST

Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat
? Assist with troubleshooting technical issues
? Manage and update customer information in our database
? Coordinate with other team members to resolve client inquiries
? Monitor and respond to social media queries
? Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
? Participate in virtual team meetings as needed
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
