Key Responsibilities

? IEP Collaboration: Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to each student?s unique communication goals.
? Ongoing Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, modifying therapy strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
? Team Collaboration: Work closely with school teams to integrate speech and language services into the broader educational plan, ensuring holistic student support.

Qualifications
? Education: Master?s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
? Certification: ASHA?s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
? Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
? Experience: A minimum of three years in a school setting or similar environment, with experience in remote or virtual therapy preferred.
? Skills: Strong teletherapy skills, exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic abilities, and effective communication and collaboration with students, families, and educators.
