What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Oversee the virtual safety companion workflow and monitor assigned patient populations
? Evaluate patient initiation criteria and assign monitoring responsibilities to virtual safety companions
? Ensure patients are properly connected to the camera device for remote monitoring
? Act as a liaison between the virtual safety companion team, nursing staff, and operations manager
? Escalate patient conditions and provide guidance to virtual safety companions during assigned shifts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or GED
? Minimum of 1 year of related experience
? Experience as a supervisor, team lead, or coordinator is preferred
? Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
? Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for patients across different age groups

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual skills are preferred
? Experience in a healthcare-related role is beneficial
? Familiarity with virtual monitoring technologies is advantageous
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills can enhance candidacy
? Previous experience in a high-stress, fast-paced environment is a plus
