Evening Hours (5 PM ? 10 PM EST)

Responsibilities

? Assist customers with their inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

? Troubleshoot basic tech issues and provide solutions.

? Update customer information in the database.

? Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

? Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction.

? Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

? Document and report recurring issues for further analysis.
