Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Temporary Data Entry Clerks. No prior experience is required?just a willingness to learn and contribute! This role offers the potential for future assignments, providing flexibility and the possibility of long-term opportunities. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will collaborate with our internal data management team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.

Schedule
? Fridays (once a month) and Saturdays (2-3 times a month)
? Times to be determined (subject to change)
? Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability

Location

This position is based at our headquarters in Palmetto, FL (not remote).

Responsibilities
? Transfer data from paper formats collected during events into our database using a laptop and mouse
? Accurately interpret and input handwritten information into our database
? Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents
? Update and maintain existing data records
? Organize and file paperwork after data entry to ensure nothing is misplaced
? Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
? Ability to type quickly and accurately (40-45 words per minute with 80-90% accuracy)
? Keen attention to detail is a must
? Basic understanding of databases
? Good command of English, both spoken and written
? Strong customer service skills
? Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
