Call Center Customer Service Agent

Automated Health Systems has full time and part time remote customer service positions available.

Bilingual Portuguese and Creole skills preferred...

In this role, you will assist consumers with their Medicaid account.

All Equipment provided. Travel to Tallahassee, FL required to pick up equipment. Travel will be compensated.

Responsibilities: ? Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services. ? Providing accurate and consistent information. ? Providing quality customer service and support.

? Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.

? Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
