Netflix is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C., US. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and general questions about our service
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on Netflix products, services, and policies

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
