Job Description:As a Contact Center Specialist at Airbnb, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts over the phone, email, and chat. This remote position based in Phoenix, Arizona, offers part-time hours with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from Airbnb guests and hosts

• Follow Airbnb's policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and communication within the contact center
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude towards problem-solving
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
• Proficiency in using basic computer programs and online platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
