    Experience
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
  • Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for assisting diverse customers
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures is a bonus
