What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Verify, respond to, and dispatch on emergency signals
? Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
? Process basic data changes to customer accounts
? Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
? Work weekend, holiday, and shift hours with possible mandatory overtime
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
? One to three months related experience or training/certification preferred
? Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
? Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
? Ability to work effectively in a team and be flexible
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience in a related field
? Certification in emergency response or dispatch services
