    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide documentation of processes and configurations for the employer's SaaS products
  • Deliver tier 2 support for application issues, identifying root causes and proposing solutions
  • Engage in cross-functional dialogue for development prioritizations and client implementations
  • Utilize SQL for data management tasks, including importing and exporting data
  • Manage multiple customer support issues with excellent organizational skills
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor?s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of SQL experience, including knowledge of select statements, complex joins, and data management
  • Proven ability to provide positive customer service and effective communication skills
  • Solid experience in data management using Excel, Access, and MS SQL Server
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple customer support issues effectively
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support or client support role, ideally as a Business Analyst or similar
  • Knowledge of ASCII and EDI is desirable
  • Familiarity with JIRA for project management
  • Experience with MS Project or equivalent software
  • Experience with SaaS delivered applications
