Southwest Care Center is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator working organization-wide including our clinics in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. This position is a hybrid remote position that can be based in Santa Fe or Albuquerque but will have responsibilities that will take to you to clinics in both locations a few times a month.

Position Details:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator will perform a variety of HR support functions with a focus on the coordination of recruitment efforts and onboarding of new team members for our 3 clinic locations as well as our administrative office.

This position will be the first point of contact by candidates taking them through their first day of employment. This critical role will set the tone for their employment and should model professionalism, effective and respectful communication, good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking at all times.

Additionally, this role is a key contributor to Southwest Care Center?s regulatory compliance as the initial onboarding of staff is highly regulated by HRSA and other federal and state regulatory requirements. Attention to detail and consistent following of standardized processes is required.

Duties include but are not limited to:
? Ensures the timely posting of all vacant positions to both internal and external job sources.
? Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure that postings represent all relevant information to hire the most relevant candidate.
? Timely responds to candidate submissions and inquiries
? Develops a continuous pipeline for hard to fill positions.
? Maintains the recruiting and candidate platform (Workday).
? Ensures the integrity of job descriptions.
? Maintains and updates the SCC Position Control Tool.
? Attends both virtual and in-person career fairs as assigned.
? Develops and maintains a report with all hiring managers and serves as their point of contact for the coordination of postings, prescreens as needed, scheduling of interviews, and making offers to selectees.
? Maintains metrics and dashboards related to recruitment.
? Generates and sends offers and other supporting documents to selected candidates.
? Manages the pre-employment process ensuring timely movement of candidates to their start date while ensuring compliance with are regulations related to pre-employment as set by HRSA and other federal/state agencies.
? Coordinates and leads Day 1 of onboarding for all staff according to preset calendar for both Santa Fe and Albuquerque.
? Establishes the personnel file in accordance with standards of practice (i.e., structure, naming conventions). Also, ensuring that the file in regulatory compliant before handoff of responsibility to the HR Generalist.

Candidate Highlights:
? Experience: Minimum two (2) years of human resources coordination experience preferably in a regulated healthcare environment. Prefer three (3) years of experience with recruitment and onboarding experience. Workday experience is highly desired.
? Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor?s degree preferred.
? License/Certification: Valid driver?s license is required for this position. HR Professional Certification a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR designation)
