Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support for Short-Term Rental Company - Contract to Hire

We are looking for an individual to manage and assist with our short-term rental company, Citizen Nomad.

Role...

The role is property management ? platform management and guest communications, housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, etc. as well as address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, process reservations, and provide accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods guests are visiting,

Note: This job will not require you to be on the job at all times, but will require you to be available when needed.

Required

Skills/Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service
  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
  • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours

Preferred

  • Experience with Airbnb customer service
  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast pace environment and learn new technologies as needed.

Success Metrics:

  • Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries
  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
