Responsibilities

Identify and recruit qualified healthcare recruiters.

Contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities.

Post numerous job ads each week.

Communicate with a high volume of candidates daily via text.

Conduct daily interviews with candidates.

Educate prospective candidates about the client and job opportunities.

Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters.

Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.

Maintain a strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Maintain a client-centered mentality and passion for customer service.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with a 1-hour paid lunch break.

Compensation

Competitive commission structure + quarterly bonus.

Potential to earn up to $150K+ per year.

10 days of paid time off (PTO).

Eligible for company 401k after one year of employment.

Required Qualifications

Proven success in recruiting, sales, or another metrics-driven environment.

A passion for creating great experiences for candidates.

Driven and ambitious, with a goal of achieving a six-figure income each year.
