Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner. ? Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management. ? Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy. ? Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information. ? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. ? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. ? Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. ? Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to work effectively in a team environment. ? Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
