Department: DPC | Compensation & Classification Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Position Control and Staffing Analyst performs a variety of complex technical and specialized functions in support of the organizations position control, including, document tracking and processing, database management, position related budget validation, records management, and other functions. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university in education, human resources, business, accounting, budget, finance, or a related area. 3 Three (3) years of work experience in human resources, data analysis and accountability, position control/management and staffing, budget, finance, and/or related areas. Preferred Qualifications: Master?s degree in education, human resources, business, accounting, budget, finance, or a related area. 5 Five (5) years of work experience in human resources, data analysis and accountability, position control/management and staffing, budget, finance, and/or related areas. Additional Information: Additional Information: Receives, reviews, processes and tracks all Workforce Position Review Requests (WPRR) and People Management Review Requests (PMRR); prepares agendas for the Workforce Review Committee (WFRC); tracks requests through completion in Workday, updates requests in Workday based on decisions from the WFRC. Works with and provides assistance to organizational leaders on position control matters; generates specialized reports; compiles data as requested; answers all correspondence, etc. Serves as liaison with organizational leaders to maintain the integrity of position management. Develops and participates in staff training for position control operations and related position management activities. Maintains operational internal controls and recommends changes to procedures or policies to improve data quality and efficiencies in the process. Customer Service: Interacts with and assists the public in a professional and friendly manner as needed. Demonstrates effective communication skills; communicates accurate and complete information; maintains strict confidentiality when necessary. Demonstrates positive working relationships with co-workers, management team, and ancillary departments; follows the Core Concepts of Patient and Family Centered Care and the Basic Code of Conduct Guidelines.
