Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of online chat support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through online chat support
• Monitor chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to team members
• Analyze chat data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in online chat support management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems
