The range will... vary if outside of this location.?Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate?s?xperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to become an integral part of the US tax team. Reporting to the Tax Director, the Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for a dynamic workload with a primary focus on tax compliance and reporting for domestic and foreign affiliates. Responsibilities Prepare the consolidated federal, state and local income tax and non-income tax filings Assist in the preparation of annual budget, quarterly and year-end tax provisions and reporting packages to HQ, including IFRIC 23 Respond to notices and inquiries from taxing authorities Prepare monthly tax account reconciliations Assist in federal and state income and non-income tax audits Oversee the Company?s tax filing calendar and ensure compliance for all federal, state and local filing obligations Assist in tax research, planning, transfer pricing analysis and ad-hoc projects Work cross-functionally with other finance teams, including HQ Tax, Accounting, FP&A and affiliates Stay current on technical developments Requirements Strong understanding of US corporate tax law 4 to 5 years of relevant corporate tax experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Big 4 firm CPA strongly preferred Strong tax technical background developed from preparation of income tax returns Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneSource and Bloomberg Tax Detail oriented, with ability to provide clear and concise summations Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic with the capability of working independently with minimal supervision while being a team player Highly motivated with an eagerness to learn, aptitude for problem solving, and ability to identify opportunities to improve current processes When you join Pernod Ricard, you?ll experience a workplace that is rich in heritage, driven by our iconic brands and a long-standing commitment to sustainability, safety, and giving back to the people and communities where we work.
