Position Summary
Manager, AI Data Analyst with the AI HUB team will lead identification of business operation problems and requirements for implementing our enterprise AI services such as OCR/ICR, Contextualization or GenAI. The requirement gathering involves in-depth review of how the work gets completed today with complete understanding of the process, systems, data flow, data/forms, and recipient of the workflow output.

They are also responsible for documenting the technical and non-technical requirements and partner with the Architect and Engineers to define the future state solution. The solutions involve identifying the data sources, transformational needs, and optimal business operational process. This will most often include AI model training and process redesign and effort to educate the business so that they understand and accept the new automation solution.

They work with the Engineers during development to ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and understood. They will provide regular demos and support back to the business to change management is executed such that the automation is adopted and implemented. They are responsible for defining the test plan for QA and UAT including assisted and unassisted automation.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: ? Analyzing business operational processed for multiple projects and initiatives across all lines of business at CVS. This requires an understanding of all areas of healthcare and the CVSH organization. ? Drill deep into the details of the current business operation process flow to understand the common and alternative paths and the ?why? behind how the work gets completed today. ? Drive business operational transformation utilizing AI services across the enterprise thru the AI HUB projects and engagements. ? Identify automation opportunities thru business process analysis, process mining and mapping, data analysis, system mapping, functional and non-functional requirements, and the capabilities available thru our AI solutions. ? Develop test plans and scenarios for the QA and UAT testing of the automation solution. Track the progress and raise issue and risks during the testing phase. ? Support the change management process identified with the business and ensure proper metrics are tracked post deployment to ensure expectations are being met.

Required Qualifications: ? 3+ years of relevant experience ? --Exposure to Leading-edge technology including AI (Machine Learning (ML), OCR/ICR, Natural Language Processing (NLP). ? --Design best practice for introducing and integrating automation technologies with legacy systems to reduce manual operational work. ? --Experience in business operational process improvement including process re-engineering standards ? --Requirement gathering best practice utilizing an Agile framework. ? Strong data analytic skills with exposure to data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) ? Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and related business operations within Medical Insurance, PBM, or Pharmacy operations. ? Certified training in process re-engineering and improvement methodology including Six-Sigma, kaizen, etc.

Preferred Qualifications: ? You are inquisitive and analytical, able to break down processes and ask questions to uncover the ?why? behind each step. ? You are a talented technical writer, and regularly praised on your ability to write detailed requirements, process maps, and testing plans. ? You prefer working in an agile environment, with robust communication, and a regular delivery schedule.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company?s equity award program.
