What You?ll Be Doing
- Building connections with customers by offering personalized service via phone, live chat, or email (no automated responses here!).
- Merging payroll, accounting, and tax knowledge with effective problem-solving to respond to customer inquiries.
- Acting as an internal customer advocate to influence product development and new features.
- Continuously expanding your software proficiency, along with accounting and payroll knowledge.
- Guiding and addressing questions related to new software features and functionalities.

What You?ll Need
- An Associate or Bachelor?s degree and/or a combination of equivalent experience (especially beneficial if it?s in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics!).
- Working knowledge of U.S.-based payroll, payroll tax, and accounting (or if you?re a quick learner with a willingness to learn, training may be provided!).
- Tech-savvy (given that this is a software-driven environment). Comfort with learning new programs is essential, and new technology should not intimidate you.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting?where change is the only constant!
- Self-motivated, but also capable of collaborating with team members as necessary.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including both verbal and written communications (this is essential!). As the face of the hiring company, you?ll be on the front lines!
Location & Commitments:
This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% remote.
This role is open to all candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States. Currently, this position is **not** available for applicants from the following locations: _**Alaska, California, Hawaii, Washington D.C.**_
Working hours are determined by each team and department based on business needs. For this position, core working hours generally fall between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Due to business dynamics, busy periods, and urgent tasks may occasionally require working beyond these core hours.
