Senior Healthcare Account Manager - Remote | WFH

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure their success.
Strategic Guidance: Provide insightful advice and solutions to drive client satisfaction and achieve their goals.
Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and identify areas for upselling and cross-selling.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular account reviews, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Track and report on key account metrics, revenue trends, and client performance.
Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed expectations.
Documentation: Create well-organized, accurate, and concise documentation for organizational use.
Professional Development: Provide ongoing training and support for continuous growth and networking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in account management, with a preference for healthcare experience.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze reports and provide strategic solutions.
Flexible and adaptable with new technologies.
High energy, self-directed, and organized.
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
