Call Center Representative - Remote | WFH

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality service to clients and members through phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries.

Resolve questions and issues related to health and welfare benefits with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Use your knowledge of plans, products, and systems to meet and exceed expectations.

Document and track all interactions, and educate customers on self-service options.

Work collaboratively with other departments and vendors to resolve issues effectively.

Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Role Expectations

Answer inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

Research and address enrollment issues.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, product vendors, and clients to resolve problems.

Handle various administrative tasks including data updates, report preparation, and customer correspondence.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA laws and protect client privacy.

Qualifications

Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (CST), Monday through Friday.

Typing speed of 30 words per minute and strong grammar skills.

Ability to pass a background check.

Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful approach to problem-solving.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel).

Above-average Keyboarding Skills And Analytical Abilities.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial.

Must have high-speed home internet (at least 100 MBPS).

Willingness to work overtime, including weekends if needed.
