? *Job Description:**

As an IT Service Desk Staff member, you will provide remote support to a large retail client. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to point-of-sale devices and other IT equipment. We offer flexible schedules with afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, making it an ideal role for students managing academic commitments. ? *Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide remote IT support to retail clients

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with point-of-sale devices

• Assist with basic IT inquiries and support requests

• Document and track support requests in a ticketing system

• Ensure timely... resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction
? *Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years or older. Background checks are performed.

• Basic IT fundamental experience or prior retail experience

• Understanding of point-of-sale devices is a plus

• Minimum internet connection of 20MB

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
