What You Will Be Doing... As a Customer Relations Agent, you will engage with customers through various digital channels including email, text, and live chat. Your main task will be to provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to customers inquiring about our products, assisting them with questions, and resolving any concerns they may have.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

Must own a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (such as a Phone, Tablet, or Laptop).
Ability to work independently and diligently.
Capable of following instructions closely and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week.
A reliable internet connection is essential.
Contract Length: There is no fixed term, providing you with flexibility in your employment duration.

Hours per Week: You can work between 5 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability.

Location: This position is fully remote, ideally suited for candidates from the United States, but open to applicants worldwide.
